Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love Hand & Craft as much as we do. So, if you’re not completely happy with your purchase—for any reason—simply return the item(s) within two weeks of receipt, and we’ll refund your original method of payment. Please note: we’re not able to refund original shipping charges. When making your return, just be sure that your Hand & Craft product still has its tags attached and comes back to us in the original packaging. The products allowed under this policy are as follows – Tully, Sidekick, Apparatus by Byrne, Miki, Monument, Iron Hide, Hearth, Sugi, Willow and Bloc.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges work a bit differently. If you’re interested in exchanging an item, we suggest that you place your order for the new item first—before returning your original purchase. That way we can be sure that we have just what you’re looking for, in stock and ready to go. Then, you’re welcome to simply return your original order for a refund. Once we receive your return, we’ll process the refund and send you an email to confirm.

DOMESTIC RETURNS
A few easy steps for the fastest return process:
- Email returns@handncraft.com with your order number and the subject ‘H&C RETURN’ in the email subject line. We can then send you a return number for your package.
- Place the original box in a larger one if needed, or simply use the packaging the order was delivered in—your choice. (Be sure to wrap your handandcraft product carefully as damaged returns cannot be refunded.)
- Now, write the return number on the outside of the box and then just ship your package back using UPS. (Please be sure to hold onto the tracking number provided, too.)
- Give us about 10-14 business days from the time we receive your package for the refund or exchange to be issued. As mentioned earlier, we’ll just refund your original form of payment.
